General Terms and Definitions
These Betting Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) govern the acceptance of bets, settlement of winnings, dispute resolution procedures, sport-specific betting provisions, and all other relations between Zoome Casino and its customers. The Rules apply to all bets placed through the Zoome Casino website and mobile platform. By placing a bet, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the Rules in their entirety.
Glossary of Terms
The following definitions apply throughout these Rules:
Bet refers to a financial commitment placed by the customer on a specific outcome of an event, accepted by the bookmaker under the conditions set out in these Rules.
Outcome refers to the result of an event or a component of an event on which a bet has been accepted, as determined by the relevant governing body or, where applicable, by the bookmaker.
Customer refers to any individual who has registered an account with Zoome Casino, is of legal age to engage in betting activities in their jurisdiction, and has agreed to these Rules.
Bet Cancellation refers to the voiding of an accepted bet, rendering the original stake eligible for return to the customer. Bet cancellations may occur in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds, event postponement, or violations of these Rules.
Regular Time refers to the standard duration of an event as defined by the relevant governing body, excluding extra time, penalty shootouts, overtime periods, or any other additional play unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific betting market.
General Terms
The following general terms govern the relationship between Zoome Casino and all customers engaging with its betting services. All customers are required to read and comply with these terms in full prior to placing any bet.
Customer Eligibility
Betting services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- The customer must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- The customer must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by applicable law;
- The customer must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of Zoome Casino or any of its associated companies;
- The customer must have registered a valid account in accordance with the registration requirements set out in these Rules.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the betting services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Zoome Casino does not guarantee that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Account Usage
Each customer is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, cancellation of pending bets, and potential forfeiture of balances. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. The customer bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through their account.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of Zoome Casino. The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference is issued. Verbally communicated bets or bets without a valid confirmation reference are not considered binding.
Bet Settlement
Bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body of the event. In the event of a discrepancy or dispute regarding a result, Zoome Casino’s determination will be considered final, subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in these Rules. Settlements may be delayed pending result confirmation or investigation.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Technical errors in odds or bet placement;
- Events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled;
- Known outcomes at the time the bet was placed;
- Violations of these Rules by the customer;
- Confirmed instances of match-fixing or event manipulation.
Void bets result in the return of the original stake. Winnings associated with voided selections within accumulator bets will be recalculated accordingly.
Winnings Payments
Confirmed winnings will be credited to the customer’s account following successful settlement. Zoome Casino reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending verification of the customer’s identity, account details, or the legitimacy of the bet. Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, system errors, or rule violations will not be paid and may be subject to recovery.
Suspicious Betting Activity and Match-Fixing
Zoome Casino actively monitors betting patterns for signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to: unusual stake volumes, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or bets placed on events with integrity concerns. Where suspicious activity is detected, Zoome Casino reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, withhold payments, and report the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Participation in match-fixing or the manipulation of events is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal referral.
Bookmaker Rights
Zoome Casino reserves the right to:
- Amend, suspend, or withdraw any betting market at any time;
- Apply individual account restrictions including stake limitations or odds adjustments;
- Void or settle bets outside of standard procedures in exceptional circumstances;
- Conduct investigations into account activity for any duration deemed necessary.
Liability Limitations
Zoome Casino’s liability to any customer is limited to the return of the original stake in cases where a bet is voided. The bookmaker accepts no responsibility for losses arising from technical malfunctions, interruptions to service, errors in published information, or decisions made by the customer based on inaccurate data.
Rule Amendments
Zoome Casino reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. Amended Rules will be published on the official website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the betting services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Rules regularly to remain informed of any changes.
General Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets accepted by Zoome Casino. These rules govern stake limits, bet acceptance procedures, settlement, void conditions, event postponements, winnings calculation, and the operation of Cash Out features.
Stake Limits and Odds
All bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as determined by Zoome Casino. These limits may vary by event, market, betting type, and individual account. Zoome Casino reserves the right to adjust stake limits and odds at any time without prior notice, including after a bet request has been submitted but before confirmation has been issued. A bet is only accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
Bet Acceptance and Finality
Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it is considered final and binding on both parties. No amendments may be made to an accepted bet by the customer. In the event of a technical failure during the placement process, the bet will be considered void unless a valid confirmation reference has been issued. Zoome Casino reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion prior to confirmation.
Bet Settlement
All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. Unless stated otherwise in the specific betting rules for a sport or event type, settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time. Zoome Casino reserves the right to delay settlement pending verification of results or investigation of irregularities.
Void Bets
Bets may be declared void under the following circumstances:
- Odds were published in error due to technical fault or human error;
- The event result was already known at the time the bet was placed;
- A violation of these Rules or applicable law is identified;
- The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stipulated settlement period, or abandoned without a conclusive result;
- The bet was placed in connection with suspicious or fraudulent activity.
In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the customer’s account.
Event Postponements and Cancellations
If an event is postponed and subsequently takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will remain valid and be settled on the rescheduled result unless otherwise specified. If the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, or is cancelled entirely, all bets on that event will be declared void and original stakes returned. In accumulator bets, void selections will be treated as non-runners and the remaining selections will be recalculated accordingly.
Winnings Calculation
Winnings are calculated by multiplying the accepted stake by the confirmed odds at the time of bet acceptance. In the case of accumulator bets, winnings are calculated by sequentially multiplying the odds of each selection. All winnings are subject to verification before being credited to the customer’s account. Zoome Casino does not guarantee the accuracy of any indicative winnings displayed prior to official settlement.
Cash Out and Auto Cash Out
The Cash Out feature allows customers to settle an open bet before the conclusion of the relevant event. The following conditions apply to Cash Out:
- Cash Out availability is determined solely by Zoome Casino and may be withdrawn at any time without notice;
- The Cash Out value offered is calculated by Zoome Casino based on current market conditions and may be less than, equal to, or greater than the original stake;
- Auto Cash Out allows customers to set a predetermined value at which an open bet will be automatically settled; Zoome Casino does not guarantee that Auto Cash Out will be triggered at the exact value set, particularly in rapidly changing market conditions;
- Zoome Casino reserves the right to suspend or remove Cash Out functionality for any event, market, or account at its sole discretion;
- Once a Cash Out is confirmed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed;
- Cash Out is not available on all markets or bet types.
Bookmaker Rights
Zoome Casino retains the right to restrict, suspend, or modify any betting service, market, or account functionality at any time. These rights extend to the correction of errors, investigation of suspicious activity, and compliance with regulatory obligations. The exercise of these rights does not constitute a breach of these Rules.

Deposits are generally credited to the customer’s account promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider, though processing times may vary.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to methods verified as belonging to the customer.
